Booked a tour for a 3-bedroom apartment over a week ago, scheduled time off work to attend. Upon arrival, I was informed that the apartment wasnt available for viewing, nor were any other 3-bedroom or even 2-bedroom units. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and inconvenience caused!!! Not recommend to anyone!!!!

terrible apartments, and even worse attitude and service!!! I would not advise even an enemy to live in these apartments!! During the entire year we lived there, the pool was open two days. The gym is small and untidy!! They also didn't give us our deposit even though we lived there more than a year ago!!

I haven't been here long but I already love it. It seems like a good environment so far. I loved the exceptional service of Christina. She was so helpful and very empathetic to my needs and she delivered on her promises and that is rare these days. I needed a few little work orders and they came through and took care of it quickly. I think I like the valet trash service. If I could get it together the way they want it so that they'll pick it up every time and that will be great. But the community is clean. There's no trash sitting around everywhere they have the yard people come and they blow leaves cut stuff and whatever else they do to make it look nice around here. It's a good community. It's a good neighborhood. It was a blessed choice no it was the Lord that had me decide to pull in here and apply and I'm thankful that I heard and listened because it is truly a blessing to call Ridgegate Apartments my home. Thanks Christina, you truly made this happen and I appreciate you and all your kind efforts. Please don't change. It is a refreshing blast from the past to have someone genuinely concerned, caring, and understanding. In my opinion, you're the WD-40 of this place. Keep helping it run smoothly Update 3-2024 Well the people above me are always noisy, running around and banging. My rent is always higher than the amount I thought I would be paying so the prices are not truthful. Make sure to add 2 to 3 hundred dollars to whatever price they give you. They hardly answer the phones and it takes maintenance a long time to come fix something

All I want is my $250 dollar holding fee returned. It's going on a little over a month. This is ridiculous. I've heard every excuse in the book. I do not want to sue over such a small amount, but on the run around and principal I will contact a lawyer( who happens to be my father) and remind them of their policy that is stated on returns. 20 days late.
