FIRST OF ALLLLLLL i LOVE it here. Management is the BEST. Always friendly and supportive as much as possible and im grateful for all that they do! Not alot of people care about their job these days. But the ladies here along with everyone else. Gosh just OVER the top!

Horrible business! They lie, steal, and scam people of money. My identity was stolen to sign and lease and this disgusting complex refuses to remedy the situation. I caught on to the theft when I checked my bank account. However, this complex denied a refund even though no one moved in I did not authorize anyone to use my name, email, social, or card to sign a lease. Matter of fact my name on my card does not match the name on the lease at all which should have flagged in their system as identity theft. I have contacted my bank, a lawyer and the better business bureau As I have email correspondences where they accused me of lying, and denied my request for a refund This is horrible business practice! Do not sign a lease with these guys! They will probably steal from you!!!!

I initially moved into Novo down the street because it was nicer but had nothing but problems with the management. It was my first apartment and they didnt help me with any of the process or tell me what I needed so on move in day I couldnt even get the keys. And I could literally hear my neighbors conversations because the walls were so thin. I was desperate and had to get out because my dog wouldnt even stay there she acted like fireworks were going off. (Long story) I was desperate and called Lupe and she literally got me a place, renters insurance, PSE set up within 24 hours and I was moved in. It was sooo much easier than the last place. But when I moved into my apartment the bathroom smelt like cigarettes! I called Lupe and they had management here within a day to put in an ozone machine and the smell has been gone ever since. And there has been a couple other things but they have fixed it so fast. Yeah I mean this place is due for some upgrades but when you have amazing management it makes a huge difference.
