My partner and I moved in recently and we love this community! Liz in the leasing office was super helpful in making sure we knew everything we needed to about the apartment and the process. She was quick to reply and help us out when needed! A month into our lease, we are so happy we picked this apartment community. Very beautiful apartments as well!

UPDATE: I am moving back into the 5-Star category. Liz, Evelyn and the rest work hard. After a bit of trouble with a garage squatter they have proven to be a valued management team and friend. The maintenance staff also come with high marks. The best ever!!!

Ashley was amazing during the move-in process. Her customer service was great and her attitude was very positive. The first night I lived in the unit , I had a little goodie basket with a facial and other beauty products. I thought I was off to a great start living in these Apartments. The second night, maintenance arrives to my unit loudly banging on the front door worse than the police. I never had a police encounter but definitely worse then the loud banging like the movies. We definitely had a few choice words. Third night , A maintenance guys sticks his key in the key hole and enters the apartment. He was met by a guest of mine and said, Im so sorry, I did not know this unit was occupied. The leasing office did not tell me this unit was occupied. This was oddly strange. Today, someone again loudly banging on my door without using the doorbell ( saw this on doorbell cam) scares my son sleeping who was home alone. I called the leasing office furious about all the chain of events.The property manager then brushes the experience off as if I were the problem. No accountability anywhere! Not to mentiontheres huge spiders, beetles , and other bugs in my bathroom. The carpet had a huge bleach stain in the rug upon move in, everything in the apartment breaks , and it looks like things fixed was not really fixed. This experience has been the worse due to maintenance creating such a unsafe environment. Once I told the leasing agent of this information, she did not give not one apology and threaten to retaliate against me. What I like about this aparmtne this the quiet area but thats it .Look elsewhere
