        Trying to Inquire on apartments cannot get in contact with anyone. Thought it would be a potential place to move in but so far the reviews on the lack of management appear to be correct.

        It took them a month to replace or bathtub in our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. And had the audacity to charge a $75 late fee twice for rent being paid on the 3rd & 4th of the month. Where is my inconvenience fee for not having a working tub that I pay for as part of my rent? If I can do my part and pay a late fee, Then I should be reimbursed for my inconvenience. This is not okay.

        Management here is completely non existent. No one is ever in the office to answer the phones or even when you try to walk in office. The signs are up saying hours and all the doors are locked. We have work orders still open from October that still need attention to and now we have another issue going on and well you see where this is going. No one is there to help us. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to live this is definitely not one to have on the list.

      Antonella I am sorry that your calls have gone unanswered. Contact our office anytime and if there is no answer generally calls are returned within 24 hours. We currently have a couple of availabilities and would like to schedule an appointment with you.

      Trevor, We sincerely regret that your experience was less than perfect. We care deeply about our residents and want to provide the most comfortable experience possible. Due to the loss of an employee, we are trying to fill in as much as possible to continue to serve all our tenants needs and keep everything up to date. Work orders are being done according to urgency but supply and demand is still high and we apologize for the long wait on maintenance. We hope you give us another chance, so we can share a more positive experience.
