I have pets so I always schedule appointments for my maintenance issues. Maintenance man came on time and fixed both issues I was having very quickly.

Everyone at the main office is super considerate and takes into account, Everything that is going on within your budget. Super great people and people that get life and the hardships that come with it. The Dockside staff has helped me overcome diversities in my life and Im so thankful to them and their staff. By the way, Janice and Clarice and Jacinda are great people. The main manager is someone that you can appreciate, talk to, and she is so understanding.

Our move in went well thanks to Li Hua. The issues we had with the apartment was that it wasnt cleaned prior to maintenance entering and working on the unit. The other issue was when we did the walkthrough the dryer was supposedly working. In the future when I do a walkthrough Ill throw in a load of laundry and test out the washer and dryer lol. Because later that night on our move in day we started doing laundry, threw our clothes in the dryer and had noticed that the dryer wasnt tumbling. Called the office the next day and they sent over maintenance, he inspected it and said hell be back with a new dryer because it couldnt be fixed. At 3pm my we called the office and the lady said they have to order a part for it and itll be free of charge when they repair the vintage dryer that we got. She went on to say hey theres a laundromat 5 minutes away if we really needed to do laundry. Let me remind you this was our first night here, but other than the lack of professionalism from that one person we would still recommend Dockside to anyone looking for a place to call home. Again thanks to Li Hua for staying on top of it and making sure we got the unit we wanted.

Jessenia is the assistant manager and is very condescending and rude. She was being very facetious Which means that she was making a light of a serious situation by laughing at me it didnt make me feel comfortable and I felt like she had no empathy which really makes me question. The people who hired people on at this company I wouldnt recommend anyone live here or move here if you want to be treated like garbage this is the place to live.
