Theres a sign that says they are on lunch and will come back at 4:30pm and the doors are still closed its 4:45 there are also other people here waiting. This is unacceptable. It says its open Saturday until 7 pm

Purchased a new iPhone in the store a week Or so ago. When purchasing a new iPhone they make you purchase a case, screen protector and wall charger. They pick these out for you. No exceptions. I returned to the store today as they provided a wall charger that is for the old iPhones and not the new iPhones. Essentially worthless and they charged me $25. They refused to do a swap today as their policy is no returns on accessories. They made this mistake and they wont stand behind their mistake. They are a joke.

I have had this phone for almost a month. It hardly ever accepts calls, rarely can it call out and they lied about my monthly price after I switched. I am very unhappy with this service. I tried speaking to someone in the store and they told me I had to call 611. How am I supposed to call 611 when my phone doesn't actually call out. Terrible service and terrible customer service. I regret changing carriers.
