Unfortunately I had a very bad experience on this store , manager African American acted racist rude in front of my kids and wife , when we were asking about discount programs from government , he was trying me and family feel uncomfortable asking questions like we need social security and things like that , we bought a phone and phone case and made a bill pay , put all receipt he give me in the box (no receipt for new phone was print) , we knew we had 7 days to return , phone glitch not working, walk in to the store twise and explain was not our fault we don't have reseipt they didn't want to help us , then I called , and same man African Americans ( manager ) answer and asked please help me get and other phone he completely bad person didn't want to help at all , knowing that he didn't print the receipt as I put all receipts for other stuff in the box, please read other reviews that have same complaint of same man African American (MANAGER), do something don't let this man doing that to people anymore please , and if there is a way to help us please do , like i said we bought a phone we don't have the receipt because manager didn't print it ,we just wanted to change it for another one , please help us my son very sad about it.

So I walked into the store, angry and fiesty. Stan, the manager asked how he could help me and I briefly explained my situation. I was snappy and rude to him when he explained I wasn't on the account and couldn't really help me due to privacy reasons. However with that said, he was able to troubleshoot my problem and actually taught me about data which ended up being the problem, not the service itself. Let's just say I was humbled and grateful for his continued service. He did not once show me disrespect even though I was not behaving respectfully towards him. Ultimately my experience was great because Stan was able to turn my day around and I learned a few things. Thank you Stan for your patience and kindness! I will be returning and will ask for your help. Don't be rude to Stan, he's a great guy!
