    I recently went to the Kemp Surgery Center for a knee operation. The check-in process was fast and efficient with no waiting. The Pre-Op experience was great. The nurses explained the process as they attached an IV and heart monitor pads and they made me feel at ease with use general positive conversation. The doctor and anesthesiologist both came in briefly to see if I had any questions. The surgery started with me falling asleep in minutes and then I was in the recovery room for Post-Op. The nurse stayed with me until I was fully awake and able to move to a wheelchair and since we both lived in Lake Stevens had a good conversation about the city. All in all an exceptional experience!

    I had eye surgery here at the Kemp center. What a nice and relaxing waiting room. It has a view of a garden area. Also once I went back the people working there were awesome., very friendly.. They all work together nicely, it's like a well-oiled machine. I especially Iiked a the nurse named James, he was so great. He did my IV and for the 1st time ever, it did not hurt and I didn't have a bruise at all. That's never happened and he was very nice and a good listener. I wish all the people who did IVs were like him.

    I had to have a tumor removed yesterday. WS so nervous and scared. Because of covid restrictions know one could be with me before surgery. Emotionally I was falling apart. After taking me back the entire staff was the most kindest, caring staff from the nurses, anticisiolagist, my doctor everyone in the or and after care. I want to thank them all for everything they did for me. Emotionally they all had me calm in know time. Thank you all I'm so grateful
