Called 15 minutes before my appointment to say doctor wasnt in clinic. I asked to reschedule and was placed on hold. When the receptionist came back she said so you cant make it today? I was literally just told there wasnt even a doctor so why would I come in.

Worse place ever.. had to call after 2 years to get a new mask. They sent me a mask 4 weeks later with multiple items that I did not ask for. Tubing, filters, heated hoses, head gear... I only asked for a mask. Then they would not take the items back so I was stuck with a hefty bill even after my medical covered a portion. Total lack of respect towards customers
