    I thought we were past the point in this country, where we learned that masks are necessary/helpful. Frustrated, that I was asked to remove myself from the building this morning. Looks like were going backwards instead of forwards.

    If I could give this clinic zero stars I would. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Doctors only care about getting you in and out as fast as possible and are completely incompetent. I have had every issue you can imagine with this clinic over the years and I should have stopped going a long time ago. Most recently, I went in for an appointment and one of the main topics of conversation was how much pain Im in. I had an appointment in the morning, the results came back shortly after and I had an infection. I called three times and sent a my chart message requesting they send antibiotics before they close for the day so I dont have to continue to be in pain. Never received a follow up and a prescription was never sent. Called again in the morning and the woman who answered tue phone (Jessica) was completely unapologetic, cut me off and said they have other patients and results take time. I told her the results have been posted for hours so that isnt the issue. She told me that they have only been open for 15 minutes and will get to it when they get to it. Unbelievable. Reason enough for me to find a new clinic. Completely unprofessional ALWAYS in my experience. Been a patient for 15 years and this is how they treat me. Imagine how they care for new patients. Update: I have sent a my chart message since this occurrence, called a different location to see if my primary doctor can look over the results and send the antibiotics- they said they would have someone call me back. I called the clinic I was seen at AGAIN and finally spoke to someone who was appalled by the fact that this is how I am being treated. Said she spoke to my nurse and I would get a call back within the half hour. It has been over an hour and still no call or antibiotics sent to my pharmacy. I am at a loss for words.
