Swedish Primary Care - Mill Creek

Absolutely impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, and their revolving door of providers means that you repeatedly get stuck in limbo between clinicians, and god help you if you happen to need a medication refilled while in that limbo, as I am currently. I spent over an hour on hold today and never had anyone answer the phone. I tried to send a message through My Chart but couldn't because, again, I am stuck without a provider, and I then left my phone number as a call back while on hold yet again, only never to receive a phone call at all (I called hours before they closed). I am beyond fed up and have no intention of continuing on as a patient with them, and recommend anyone looking for a pcp avoid them at all costs.

Despite information stated in her profile this doctor does NOT advocate for patient led care or respectful care of the aging. She is arrogant and self absorbed. This was the single worst experience I've had with a doctor in 20 years.

They are so professional Doctors and nurses are so kind I don't know why they got low rate ,, it was good experience with them Thanks swedish

Never available. Completely incompetent care. Less than a year in and at this point I can't even figure out the worst experience with them. I called because my 4 month old had COVID and a high fever and they said "Just look at the CDC website". I brought her in for an eye infection and the prescription they sent "that day" didn't show up for over a week. Having to just bring her in because they don't have the phones set up right so even after you are on hold for an hour you are sent to California or to an answering service that doesn't do pediatrics. Never ever being able to get a same day or even next day appointment even when the baby is very sick. Transferred baby's care, am transferring mine after the latest incident where they told me the wrong appointment time (told me 9:30, booked 9:45 even though I told them I had a 10am meeting and they said it would be fine as the 30 min appointment would be done by then) then had me wait in the room for 45 mins until the aide came in to clean it for the next person-the doctor never showed. I missed my work meeting and wasn't even seen for an urgent issue. I won't even go into the problems my husband has had. Do yourself a favor and AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Just had to update this as they responded to my review with "Hi Ms. Galluzzi, Thank you for your feedback. [Insert hospital/clinic name] is committed to providing high quality care...". Just wanted to copy it here in case they edit it. I think their response speaks for itself.
