My Appt was with an MD, but she acted like a Pyscicians Assistant. She had trouble answering my questions and what she was talking about.. Plus she barely could speak english. Always make an Appt with the actual specialist MD, and not with a PA, or Nurse Practitioner. This is suggested for your regular DR. .PA's and Nurse Practitioners are not fully trained and qualified..they take a few classes for a couple of years. Yet, they are somehhow, the clinic they work at are referred to as an MD and able to put MD on your prescriptions.
