Bad service. I went there couple weeks my foot & bunion pain , I ask them what kind of shoes I need to wear at work ? They can’t answer my question, they don’t give me any idea about any shoes? I wait almost an hour , waist my time , they came talk to me 10 or 15 mins , charged almost $600. Rib off. Don’t waist your time at this place ..

I had high hopes for this local resource, but I'm so very disappointed; First - to my surprise, my measurements were taken over my thick garment. Then- my order was "lost" or not entered correctly - then what I received is much thinner material and is of no use to me so I waisted my only chance (my insurance is changing). Now- I asked over 2 weeks ago if I can get a compression garment if I pay out if pocket myself .... Still waiting to hear back. Don't waist your time at this place.

I got the darn construction work in Everett!! But let me tell you Linn the front desk person got me to my appointment. And Justin was great. So happy to have them helping me, plus I was able to get in fast!!

I went here for 3 years. First year things were great. 2nd year they did not have things straight when I got there( PO's and paperwork needed). Seems like they didn't discuss cases before customers came. 3rd year the place did not have my stuff together when I got there, although they told me it was before I got there. Seems the need to review their cases and know their customers better instead of just counting on things going cookie cutter. Do not recommend this place...
