Rating this as a prior employee, as with many places in Healthcare. It's understaffed. So much so that members are unable to provide the level of care that patients and residents deserve. I only worked weekends and many times I'd find my initials on the dressing I was changing. Sadly, that was to be expected. The reason for my rating is that many staff members were fired for refusing to work after receiving a positive covid test. I didnt even receive a phone call or notification, just went to the scheduling app to find I no longer had access. That was not even a week after my positive test. During that week I got 3 phone calls asking me to come in because others were sick as well.
