Im honestly really sadden as they used to have a good names for themselves years ago. We purchased our home from them just a little bit over a year ago. Had an inspector come out before our year was up. Sent it off to them, asking for repairs ( all are reasonable ). "They" have almost rejected doing every single one! The guy they send out is awful and really tries to belittle what the inspector calls out at every corner. I was better off with my Quadrant home at this rate! I would not recommend buying a home from them, as they truly don't care about their integrity or those families who purchase from them. Its all about making a buck.

Pretty homes but they use unskilled labor and low grade products with no option to upgrade to better materials. Dont follow through on repairs or problems without having to ask many times over many months. Wont take responsibility for issues (such as degrading concrete, improper sink installation, roof problems. When they do fix something you can count on having to spend months getting a run around and then they do a poor job. What you see isnt what you get! My husband and I recently moved into our beautiful new home in Woods Point, Ferndale, WA. We were treated like we were the most important clients from the beginning of the sales process, throughout the entire new construction. Both Jayci and Rita were a breath of fresh air! The were always available to answer our questions and concerns. We feel so blessed to have found this +55 active adult community built by such hard working teams. It seems like every attention to detail was performed and "checked" off! Angela was so knowledgeable and helpful with our upgrade selections it was more than a "fun" experience and process!
