Our home was "finished" just prior to Covid shutting down everything. Our home is still not finished. Our kitchen island doesn't have complete base molding. A entry door from the garage was dented when installed. Still not replaced. A Huntwood kitchen cupboard door needs to be replaced. Last winter the domestic water supply line through the foundation froze because the insulation guys forgot to wrap the line between the ground and the floor joists. We had to call the sink guys back because the installers did not caulk around the space between the sinks and the quartz countertops. It took 1.5 yrs to get the foundation foam vent covers. When our property was excavated we used an excavator recommended by Lexar. Lexar owner at the time was buddies with the excavator, but didn't realize (or ignored the fact) the job foreman and the excavator hated each other. What a PITA to have the excavator and job foreman badmouth one another and lay blame on the other for minor jobs to be done. Lexar has a new owner, but hasn't meant a damn thing for us. The only thing good about Lexar is our home seems to be well built, but WE CERTAINLY DO NOT RECOMMEND LEXAR FOR HOME CONSTRUCTION.
