I have never encountered a ruder person in customer service than Dominque "Dee" MacGregor, this showroom's manager.
I was in dialogue back and forth with Blue Nile and their sister company, James Allen about some stones I was looking at. I received some inconsistent information a few times in a row from Dee vs. Joe, an assistant manager at Blue Nile. When I asked for clarification on this, I received a very rude and dismissive response from Dee. When I called to ask the reason for her behavior when I asked for a simple clarification, she said "I've already lost your business so why are you calling to tell me this?", blamed miscommunications on Joe, and then said "I appreciate your "sales lessons" but I have more important things to do". At this point I hung up in pure frustration and shock.
Blue Nile hadn't "lost my business" until Dee entered the conversation. If you are looking for someone to support your search and an important purchase, look elsewhere. You will be told misleading information and then rudely dismissed when you ask for clarification.

My fianc and I came in to select our wedding bands and had the pleasure of working with Michael Nguyen. Michael talked over the different ring options and made us feel very confident in our choices. At the end of the appointment, he did a stellar job cleaning and rounding out my engagement ring. My ring looks like new and even fits better!
