This place sucks. Dont ever buy here. We got a gift and tried exchanging it and the person Olivia says that its clouded (not sure what she means by that). My wife never wore it and cannot return. Bad customer service.

The sales person here is the worst Ive come across in recent years. Clearly racist, was trying to judge based on ethnicity. Stay away.

I ordered online and picked up in store. When I picked up they had the wrong necklace in the box. I had ordered a square cut, the necklace in the box was an octagon cut. When I told them thats not what I ordered, and the necklace should be a square cut, she really tried to convince me it was a square and not an octagon I showed her the photo of what I ordered and showed her what a square cut looks like, and she said well thats not what you ordered. I said this is the photo that came on my receipt. She then went to the back. When she came out she told me she put the wrong necklace in the box and that they sold out of the necklace I ordered. I really dont like that she tried to convince me an octagon was a square and tried to give me the wrong item because they sold out of what I had ordered.
