The customer service with EraGem is excellent. They responded to all my email promptly and extremely courteous. I had a unique situation in that the credit company they use had my birthday incorrect. It took about a month to correct. EraGem put my ring on hold for me so that I could purchase when the credit situation was resolved. Their jewelry is so unique. I am very impressed with EraGem. Addition: My ring arrived on time and in wonderful condition. I am so impressed with this purchase. The sizing change was spot on. It is so much more beautiful in person. Thank you EraGem.
