Shout out the new manager Tricia shes the GOAT. She took her time planing where my piercing would be and it was a very comfortable experience. I definitely could tell she knows what she is doing!! 10/10 experience!

I came in with my wife to get our 3-month year old babies ears pierced for the holiday season. When we came into the store we were shocked to see trash littered across the store, huge boxes on the counter which were blocking the front view of not only the register but also the in-store's sign! When we asked to get our babies ear pierced, a very rude older woman with black hair told us that we would have to wait over an hour to get our babies ear pierced when the store was completely dead empty! We drove an hour out to get our baby's ear pierced at the Bellevue Square store location and ended up driving to the Factoria location because they could schedule us in at their location for a piercing faster! I will never be coming back to this location, and I recommend you all do the same and stay away. The place is filled with rude staff!

Always a fun time here. I usually get a new phone case or a mood necklace. Love this store.

Wish I could give 0 star. Staff (blonde/red hair with curvy body shape) was not nice, I would say rude. She yelled at us for pushing her towers. Her attitude made my 4 yr old daughter feel scared. I feel regret for taking my kiddo into this store.
