        I exited the store and took a seat on the outdoor sofa to compose my review, having experienced exceptionally poor treatment from the store's staff. They displayed rudeness and unprofessionalism, and when I raised the issue, they accused me of being impolite.

        Every single time I've been to this store in the past year the sales people have just been overwhelmingly terrible. Either they scoff and point out that a piece I have is *outlet* and not *signature*, or they continue talking amongst themselves while 1 person is doing the bulk of the customer work. No matter what bag you're carrying. I know the difference between outlet and signature stuff, but if the sales people at this store continue to be unhelpful I'll continue to shop at the outlets where the employees are incredibly helpful and kind, or just online. Just sad.
