Previous tenant here. If I could give negative stars I would. This place is ran by slum lords. The first unit they moved my partner and I into was infested with roaches. They made us wait in that unit for two weeks until a different unit opened up with the promise that the lease would be month to month. Upon moving day, they told us to sign a year lease or move out. I lost my job because I had to miss so much work during this.
The second unit we moved into had an erratic next door neighbor who was shooting guns in the air, constantly had police at his unit, and even made us call the police after trying to break our door down threatening to shoot his significant other. Management told us the only solution was to put our legal names on a document which would be delivered to him as a way to evict him. Obviously we declined for fear of our safety. The second unit also had a terrible black mold problem. We had to replace all of our belongings TWICE within 5 months. Our mattress grew mold, our furniture grew mold within two months. They exposed us to asbestos once they finally began repairs
And I WAS PREGNANT IN THIS UNIT. We practically begged to be transferred out of the second unit and they declined. Our only options were to stay in the unit or have someone take over our lease.
They refused to help us. They put us in danger and breached their habitability contract three separate times. Now they are charging US for breaking the lease even though they broke it first. DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE.

My experience with Miro has been wonderful. From the tour to move in management has been incredibly helpful. They are also quick to answer any questions. Brandon has been very supportive and helpful
