Had a confirmed apartment touring for 11:30AM today and show up to no one at the leasing office! Be back at 4:30 sign on a Tuesday?? Tried to call them with no answer. Completely wasted my time and gas Im shocked how unprofessional it was.

I was here for 2 years and have seen A LOT change for the better! Bayview has constantly been improving to make this a safe & better looking complex. Thanks to Kari & Maintenance! Kari has helped my family and I literally with anything and is always so helpful & professional. She really cares about her residents and I couldnt have asked for a better manager. Thank you Kari!!

I have been living here for about 8 months and I plan on renewing my lease. The people who live here are very nice and look out for one another. Also, Kari in the front office has been simply amazing. She shows great compassion and genuinely cares about the residents. The Maintenace guy is great and have even showed up same day after needing something fixed. We also have security who walk through at night. I feel safe. We also now have amazon lockers and new paint in the hallways (loving the colors, very modern) I really love it here and look forward to utilizing the pool since it is now open. :)
I would encourage anyone looking for a nice apartment with management and neighbors that care to apply with Bayview.

I've lived at Bayview Apartments for over 10 years, and the community is very nice. The people are very nice that have come to live here. We have great management with Kari and Jeremy and are currently remodeling and it is looking fantastic! There is no place like home and I'm happy this is mine.
