New management, new problems. Along with a 20% increase in our bills here. For the past year they continue to raise rent and the cost of other features for living here. And what have they done for us in return? Nothing. They painted the building and added new fencing with thin cheap wood that's flexible and has bowed out due to rain and weather. And they want more money, more money, more money!!!! There are laws for living, they do not follow. They are lucky lawyers are so expensive, otherwise I would take them to court. TEN DAYS!! Hot water is a necessity. You require it to live. Therefore, management, has 10 DAYS, to fix it. Last year or the year before I can't remember. Our hot water heater stopped working. We DID NOT have hot water for the entire summer. Over 3 months. We told them numerous times "hey, no hot water" and they DID NOT BELIEVE US!!!! Piss poor management. Our fridge leeks severely. Wake up to a puddle of water every other morning. Our dish washer is funky, the dishes came out with plaque on them, stopped using it 2 years ago. Our garbage disposal works when it wants to work. The breaker pops if we have the fry daddy and microwave going at the same time while cooking dinner. So we had to work around that. Move appliances and find out which outlets work while being able to use all at once. So yeah, you don't get what you pay for here. Now we're going to have to pay another $25 a year for parking ON TOP of $40 a month?! Lmao just take my credit card information why don'tcha!
