Belara at Lakeland Apartments

I live here currently. This place is nothing more than the worst complex i've ever seen. The office does not answer the phone, my dog caught worms from inconsiderate owners and the office not enforcing rules,the office lies and gives empty promises. nobody's ever on the same page it seems. thompson after hours security makes false reports or does nothing to help. The office does nothing regarding complaints or anything to do with neighbors. Do not live here. Every month it gets worse here. I can honestly say i have regretted living here since my first day. Apartment was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, and all around not what i was promised. The office did nothing. Says a lot.

my experience here over the past 4 months have been the best times of my life. i just recently moved from my dads house to this apartment and even my dad is jealous for me. this place is extremely beautiful inside and out. amazing hard working workers who keep this place looking stunning with there constant maintenance and cleaning. and the front desk ladys are so friendly and welcoming. i can definitely say i would live here more then a couple years. -Cristobal Villarreal

These reviews are hella deceiving. Anybody notice how it is mostly people complaining in them but I bet you a dollar that they have more happy residents then unhappy ones. Moved in in April of 2023. We worked with Kaitlyn for our move in and she was so helpful! Since moving in, we haven't had any issues. Maintenance has been professional and has been able to complete our work orders in a timely manner despite what I am sure is a very busy work schedule since this community is so large. As for other reviews regarding parking, this community probably has the least parking issues. The biggest problem is other residents who believe themselves above the rules. The office has been cracking down on violators so those rule breakers are sounding off. As for vehicle break ins, this is Washington people! The state has one of the highest percentages for property crime in the country! Belara has far less break ins then the surrounding area! My spouse is former law enforcement and we feel more comfortable here then other communities in the area. We don't leave valuables in our cars and we don't drive Hyundai or Kia. We won't be tempting any Kia Boys.

Do not rent here. Its not worth it. Management is terrible. People dont pick up after their pets. Parking sucks. Zero compassion. If you rent here you are just another body and they do not care about you.

The staff has been extremely helpful through my time here! I love the welcoming energy, and the amenities. I would recommend to anyone looking for a safe place to bring your family and find a comfy new home!
