Went to view an apartment today at mallard pointe & the office staff was lovely
Nyny I believe her name was very sweet and kind she broke everything down to where I could understand. I feel my move in will be smooth and I will get the best care there.
Theres always room for improvement at all apartments but living in a lower income community most people shouldnt expect Beverly hill I appreciate the staff for doing what you guys can do ! Dont let these stuck up people (even tho shouldnt be since they need a lower income community living ) get you guys down youre awesome !

Nylia is such a great office lady. I took a tour today and she made me feel very welcomed

Trash and more trash. First the management is horrible! The office opens late and closes early. Management is just there for the paycheck and not to help. The area is bad. We had transients walking through broken holes in fences. There isn't security and I'd recommend looking up police reports for these apartments and the ones across the street.
