Bridges Property Management

If I could give zero stars I would!!! This property management is trash and very rude and Im disgusted by the words that come out of the mouths dealing with customers . They dont deserve to be in charge of the properties and will probably be way better dealing with the actual owners. Zero communication skills and unmannered people at least with all the ones I spoke with. Would not recommend them for no one!!!!!!!!

I wish I could add 00000 stars oh my goodness I was at work with one of my friends who rents a place and she asked then a simple question and DAVEEEEE was being so rude I felt embarrassed. He spoke to my friend like a little child and was screaming at her telling her to be quiet, like who speaks to their tenants like that? Such a disappointment, its so unfortunate she cant break her lease because NO ONE should live here if they dont have the common courtesy and not be rude. He literally was so nonchalant and didnt even solve her problems! Dave really needs to do better!!!!

Update: worked through an insurance claim on my rental for the hvac. Super easy. The portal is really easy to use. My father manages my rental property. Of course family is probably not going to let you down, but I want to shout out the team and the contractors that have made it vary easy to hold onto my investment property. It's super easy to use the portal and haven't had any trouble being a landlord using Bridges Property Management.

New owners. No longer have community and customer friendly staff . Tab is the customer service you need. Get with it together Bridge Property WF. Shameful customer treatment.
