*UPDATED UPDATE* I will have lifelong PTSD and trauma after what I was put through by the Property Manager and this company. *Update* I need to add that I have never missed a rent payment and have only been late I believe 1 time outside of a few times during the pandemic. I also need to add that they have partnered with a towing company to enforce parking policy which is extremely detrimental to residents. I was told my car would not be towed by a Southern Management employee working at this property and my car was still towed and now the employee is lying saying he did not say that. I am out $250 because of this dishonesty and unnecessarily aggressive parking policy enforcement. Normally they give you 48 hours which I always thought was far too little time even before the pandemic but now a days it's actually ridiculous. I was sick until the last day when I saw the notice which states to call the towing company with any questions but they refuse to listen or do anything and tell you to call the property. If they are closed there is nothing you can do. I had my car towed because of an expired inspection and got it back on Saturday so I had to wait till Tuesday(Holiday Weekend) to get it inspected and they towed it again Saturday night! This is the most ridiculous parking situation I have ever encountered and both the property manager Tenisha Jerman and the assistant property manager Carlos Merida are dishonest and evil preying upon those of lesser fortune. Do not trust anything they say and record and take notes of EVERYTHING you will need it! *Original* I am disabled and have lived here for 8 years and now they have terminated my lease because of my disability. The manager Tenisha Jerman is one of the absolute worst human beings I have had the misfortune of meeting. She is hateful, mean, & genuinely evil & has been making my life a living hell for 8 months now. My day to day life is already incredibly difficult because of my disability and this woman and this company have been actively making it worse. Avoid renting from this place or any other Southern Management properties because they do not care about their tenants at all!

This place is the patron poet of good living choices. While many other apartments love to engage in a certain habitual foolishness, this complex exists so as neither to be confused with the destruction of Iraq nor Afghanistan. In addition, as of this February of 2024, I have lived to see my 8th year anniversary, as a tenant in otherwise good standing. Doing so is liken to a most delightful cross between a fine Valentine's Day outing and the favorite person of your dreams!

Michelle was the person who helped me and did a wonderful job. She was very kind and patient in answering all my questions. The complex was beautiful because it was clearly well maintained. It is tucked away from the busy Woodbridge area but close to exit 95.

I enjoy living here. The community has monthly events, staff is nice and my building is clean..
