        Lived here in 2018. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was very decent for the price. Never had any issues getting maintenance requests met within 24 hours. I would definitely live here again.

        Highly recommend coming here! Although the community is safe and clean. The staff is best part because they make you feel like your family and your needs and wants matter to. Unlike those GreyStar communities that think theyre too good to be kind to their residents or that rip you off with all the extra fees and lies. Meridian Bay is NOT an Greystar, Quite the opposite and for the better because they treat you with respect and as stated before like your family. All the Ladies in the office are kind and patient. Everything here is included besides your electric and gas however you cant beat that. They are also in the end process of expanding their community so call in about their new additions: Town homes and Apartments.
