John Flowers was a superstar. He was great in helping me find the right first home. John is very knowledgeable about the field and showcased many homes to me that were within my criteria. He was very easy to talk to, gave great advice, and looked out for my best interest as a first time home buyer. He was patient with me and walked me through the process of what it takes with purchasing a home and what to look out for. He gave me a feeling of security. John's focus is to make you happy. I felt confident with him as my agent and couldn't ask for a better one. Without him, I would not have a home of my own right now. I think John should consider training other agents due to his professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. 5 stars

Be sure to use Jeannie LaCroix, you will not regret it... I got $30k over my asking price and $20k over the highest current comps.

Lisa Patton was AMAZING in helping my husband and I find our first home. She was very knowledgeable about the process, the Woodbridge/Lake Ridge area, and always readily available. I was pregnant with our first child, and she made the process TRULY stress free... Especially for me! We were on a time crunch, due to wanting to close on the home and be moved in before the baby arrived -- Lisa played a critical part in making that happened. We will definitely be recommending her to all our family & friends that are in need of a realtor!
