We stayed at the 201 Bypass Rd Williamsburg VA location last night and was surprised at how dirty it was. The Hallways, the elevators, the door going out to the patio was dripping with rust and filth. The pool ceiling and walls was rusty and disgusting. Our room was clean but had a nasty odor. Would not stay there again.
Food & drinks: The free breakfast was a few sausage patties, biscuits with no gravy and a flat fake egg. Of course fruit and dry cereal was good.

First time in 9 years (posted in July 2023) and my hotel experience was meh, breakfast wasnt great and rooms were ok but maintenance problems and cleanliness could be better. Also certain tv channels werent playing the right ones so that should be checked out

Rooms: Room was ok. Fine if you need a place to rest your head , but shouldnt be your first choice. Also,wait till the fall or slow season to come as summer prices were exorbitant
Food & drinks: Breakfast was broadly fine to mediocre Pancakes,bacon and jimmy dean biscuit was good,but everything else was mediocre to bad, eggs werent cooked properly and yogurt felt warm

I called two months prior to make sure that we had a top room suite. We arrived and got bottom floor...smelled, dirty, Marijuana in the drawer, Door wa falling off the hinges.. Rude and unhelpful staff. Customer service was useless and they claimed to have no supervisors. Lol. Now, I'm not a huge complainer, but this was unreal! Also the pool was FREEZING..
