I've been wanting to write a review sometime, but seems like I never have the time. Today in checked out and once again I'm leaving appreciated you all have a young lady by the name of "Natalie" and Ive stayed at many hotels throughout Williamsburg and I've never encountered such professionalism and decor. She always has a smile on her face never complains and goes above and beyond. Her honesty and service is what continues to make me a regular customer at this hotel. All in all from the cleanliness and wonderful housekeeping and breakfast staff. It's just a wonderful vibe Stay true to who you all are and what you stand for Remember your at work more than your at home and you all are a family and now we all are forever family

Above average hotel, nothing spectacular, but the rate was worth it. Great location to Busch Gardens and Williamsburg.

I went there and I got charged a 150 smoking fee I never smoked in the room period the room smells upon entering the room I will never come here ever again this is a scam hotel I was just here on 3/3/2024 Rooms: Room 422 have a strong odor.. hair and nails by the showerI just cant get over the smell watch out they might try to over charge you if theres a odor to your room I advise you to say something cause they will charge you a fee Not a good place to come will never come again. This place isnt good for business as you see the reviews speak for itself I live in Williamsburg and I would never go to country Inn ever again 0 stars if you ask me personally

I was pose to stay here but i had death in the family my trip was purchased through a 3rd party but i called the 3rd party and let them know the situation and they reached out to the hotel to get a managers approval to refund with no penaltys and they denied the refund granted i never made the trip life happened beyond my control like yall couldve gave a credit or something now im out $100 or so
