    The place was filled with black mold, there was blood on the sheets when i moved in. The TVs are all against the bed wall and believe me al or of people sleep with their TVs on loudly. The front desk for the most part were rude and incompetent. especially the night crew always an awful experience when dealing with him. Avoid this place it's loud and filthy and the customer service is garbage.

    THIS HOTELS DESERVES 0 STARS!!! DUE TO THE NEW OWNERS AND MADE UP RULES !!! DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU ARE STAYING MORE THAN ONE NIGHT AND IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE HARASSED BY HOUSEKEEPING EVERYONE TWO DAYS !!!!!!! THIS HOTEL NEEDS NEEW OWNERS THEY SFORCE HOUSE KEEPING IN YOUR ROOM EVERY TWO DAYS SHE SPRAYING BLEACH AND HARAH CHEMICALS AROUND YOUR PETS AND ON AROUND A INFANT THE A RECKLESS AND DISRESPECTFUL THEY MOVED US TO A TORE UP ROOM ARE A COUPLE DAYS BECAUSE THEY USE HOUSEKEEPING TO SPY ON YOU TO SEE WHATS IN YOUR ROOM AND WHOS IN IT AND TO SEE IF ITS CLEAN THESE PEOPLE DONT LIKE ANIMALS WHICH IS ALWAYS VERY CLEAR IN THE THE NEW THE SHELF FELL OFF THE WALL ALMOST CRUSHING MY 5lb DOG NO TABLE BECAUSE TABLES I GUESS ARE ONLY FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE A CLOGGED TUB AND LOOKS LIKE MOLD COLD BE ON CEILING I BEEN CONTACTED CORPORATE I HAVE WATCHED THEM KEEPING BREAKING RED ROOFS RULES AND THEY HAVE NOT CONTACTED OR PUT IN A CHANGE OF DO NOT DISTURB POLICY HOUSEKEEPING ISNT ALLOWED TO COME IN THE ROOM LIKE THEY ARE AND RED ROOF CORPORATE TOLD ME THAT THIS HOTEL NEEDS NEW OWNERS AND ILL WILL BE UPLOADING PICTURES AND RECONTACTING CORPORATE AGAIN TO FILE MY COMPLAINT ALL THE WAY THROUGH THIS IS BAD BUSINESS AND THEY NEED TO STRIP THE PROPERTY AWAY THE THESE NEW OWERS !!! UPDATE **** THOSE BLACK PEOPLE ARE DIRTY coming from the mouth of immigrants is insane. THESE PEOPLE INCLUDING THE OWNER AND HOUSEKEEPER ARE VERY RACIST BALACK PEOPLE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THEY THINK YOU ARE DIRTY PEOPLE WHO HAVE DOGS DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE THEY THINK YOU ARE DIRTY ESPECIALLY THE SPANISH HOUSEKEEPER AND THESE DONT EVEN FOLLOW THEY OWN POLICY AND MAKE UP RULES !!!!!!

    My wife and I stayed here twice the past couple of weeks.The staff was very nice. The rooms are clean and stocked with body wash/shampoo/hand soap/lotion. There are many outlets and USB charging ports for all of your devices. As far as budget friendly hotels go I couldn't ask for anything more. This will definitely be the first place I check when visiting Williamsburg in the future. I would add that I didn't see any of the negatives that other reviews have stated. It seems that they are actively working on guest concerns and improvements to the rooms. I have stayed in other hotels and even other Red Roof Inn locations and this location beats them all. The people running this location are doing it right.

    Relocating from another state and when I arrived check in went smooth the guy at the front desk was okay and told us try not to deal with the other front desk attendant first red flag then he informed us that they dont offer continental breakfast just coffee not even tea Im traveling in two vehicles and with two dogs a infant and a disabled senior citizen so the first room was fine then after two days the housekeeper had to clean the room she did the fake I dont speak English thing and needed to do the google translate thing okay fine once she heard the dogs it was a whole new ballgame we immediately had to go the back of the hotel the beds were very high and the luggage stand in the room fell down and almost landed on my 5 lb dog the house keeper doesnt like animals because first told the dogs to shut up and then started pouring all of these harsh chemicals down mind you I have a infant and disabled senior citizen in the room after spending nineteen hundred dollars in this place and to be told that I was dirty because Im black is disheartening and when I called corporate they apologized and said thats all they can do in 2024 to be disrespected because of your race at a large establishment like the red roof inn is insane
