Came here in a business trip and it was very nice, very quiet, clean, and amazing price! One of the nicest places ive been to in a while.

Just wow! I stayed here for only a few nights but its by far the nicest and cleanest place Ive ever stayed at! At first I was skeptical but my worries quickly went away when I walked in the room. Coming again next year!

I prepaid and had confirmed my reservation. Arrived after a long day to find a sign on the door stating that there were no vacancies and to call my booking agent. The grounds were dark. The pot holes would swallow a small car and the hotel name didnt match what was on the building. I had to call multiple times to get any help and was left feeling so frustrated about not having a place to stay. No one should arrive at a hotel they have paid for only to have to sit in their dark abandoned parking lot trying to call around town only to find there were almost no rooms anywhere. Would NEVER recommend this hotel or stay there even if they gave me a week for free. I wouldnt believe a single review that says this is a great getaway. Ive been to Williamsburg multiple times this year alone, and this hotel leaves much to be desired.
