Do not lease there! The location is perfect and the amenities are great but the living and move out experience is a disaster My apartment was not move in ready the day I had to get the keys, I was promised that everything will be fixed as soon as possible. First month had no AC, oven was not usable, missing cabinets and lets not mention the floods happening in this building I requested to move out earlier and break my lease. The leasing agent demanded I pay one month rent penalty while I look for people to take over the lease. I was eventually refunded the penalty amount after the manager intervened. After moving and living the apartment in a perfect condition they ROBBED my security deposit from me! They charged me double on the last month utilities, added 6 more rent days and charged cleaning fee that was never present in the leasing contract! Gables management is not responding and this place just not worth the money!
