Aqua Vista Resort Hotel

I booked this hotel for a week and nowhere online did it say they were renovating. It was terrible. A mess literally everywhere. Parking is a block away. Hallways and elevators smell so bad it take your breath away. And then you have the disgusting rooms. I will Prost pics but keep in my that my room was a newly renovated room. Yeahright. Ugh it was terrible and awful and I will never ever stay here again. I literally felt gross just being in this room. Bugs, broken doorknobs, tv never worked, thin flat pillows. In the week I was there housekeeping only came once and I had to beg even then. They offered another room a floor up but it was in no better shape. Gross place and I really dont know how it had such positive reviews honestly.

We got there around 2 in the morning. When we went up to our room there was a cigarette/weed smell really bad. Made me nauseous, however it says no smoking? We got switched to a different room because it was really bad smell, got to our other room there was a dead cockroach sitting in the bathroom, furniture stained, bed sheets stained, got moved to a different room and there was still alot of stains so we just stayed

Had an excellent 1 week stay.Newly Renovated - clean rooms / new carpet. Mr. Robbie at front desk very attentive/ polite.Great Service 24-7 Best rates and location at the beach.!!. Rooms: New rooms- clean walls,floor,bathroom. Best central location at the beach- could easily walk anywhere. !!Felt hotel was very safe. Front desk...Robbie and Sheeva - very attentive== Professional! Nearby activities: All attractiions within walking distance or just minutes away on nearby shuttle. Safety: New Rennovations..Tight Security .Felt very Safe..Family friendly Walkability: Close to everything.Right in the heart of Oceanfront Virgina Beach.
