Older rooms but everything works and amazing view no bugs or dirt like other reviews said and good service all round 9/10 would go again for the price

Where do I start....customer service is non existent, room was filthy, unable to connect to wifi ( no customer service to help with that), the TV had spotty reception when it had any at all, toilet had issues flushing and the door leading to the balcony had been literally kicked in or out at some point. The knob was loose and when looking at the side of the door it was split. The garage has a security gate for overnight which is fine you have to honk your horn twice to have it open great BUT there are no signs letting you know that!! The location is awesome. Sad thing is people are going to be paying top dollar during the summer season for these rooms. The pool was nice BUT it had been cleaned that day. I'd steer clear of this place and only book it as a LAST RESORT!!

There isn't an option for 0, if there was that is what this hotel would get. The lobby pretty much matches what is on the internet, however, that is the ONLY thing. When booking through a third party it said breakfast buffet was included- there was NO breakfast. Check in to the room, us the restroom the toilet doesn't flush mess around with it and get it to flush. Go to take a shower and realize there is a definite plumbing issue in this place. Went out for the day came back at night time the lights didn't work ended up finding an extension cord behind the bed to plug beside lights in to, heat/ac did not work, went to call the front desk the phone didn't work because there was no power on that side of the wall, turn on the TV for cable access TV there was no cable. Went to the front desk to inquire about all issues and the only thing they could comment on at the time was they were having issues with the cable provider. Fast forward to the next day use the toilet again went to flush and it wouldn't flush and this time it overflowed into the floor to include feces, go to the front desk to tell them the toilet was not properly working and that it overflowed and it was a mess and their answer was "it will be cleaned by the afternoon" meanwhile do not try to address the issue of the plumbing not working properly. This time their answer was to move us to another room but then wanted to charge for an "upgrade" and to be honest it wasn't an upgrade it was just not on the first floor! Asked to speak to a manager the staff was rude and no manager and they were not accommodating at all in any way, would not issue any type of refund and on top of it all had to pay a resort fee...... this is NOT a resort in any way, shape or form. I do NOT recommend anyone to stay here! Very disappointing, hotels website is very misleading and frankly an out right false advertisement!

Great customer service and excellent location however the hotel is in need of major upgrades (outdated decor and loud plumbing system in the bathroom). Word of advice - dont lean too heavily on the balcony fence. Its a scary gamble and could be a scary fall - depending on what floor your room is on.
