Beautiful hotel, and rooms. Customer service is great, but sometimes clunky new procedures with room keys on mobile app. Hotel has a big push for mobile keys, that tend to not work.
Nearby activities: Downtown area, located walking distance from cavalier hotel and downtown
Safety: Secured parking and key card required to access suite floors
Walkability: Lots of nearby attractions in walking distance.
Food & drinks: Tons of bars, restaurants and ice cream shops in walking distance.

Five star service I really enjoyed my stay. Highlights was the room service - super swift and friendly. The fitness room was well equipped for my stay and the spa area was absolutely needed.

Nice hotel and conference room space that we've used for work. Also, sometimes as a local when you're beaching on 45th street and have to use the bathroom, this is the go to spot.
For the times that i have been here for work/dining the hotel staff have been some of the most friendliest and welcoming.
