Big Al's Mufflers and Brakes

Mike runs a good shopfine mechanics and fair prices. Oil change, coolant flush & fill, a/c check and fill (services on 2 different vehicles) all done professionally. Another shop tried to tell us we needed a new gasket and spark plugsMike says it looked like someone spilled some oil on the previous oil change. Cleaned it up and no problems. Saved us time and money Mike is now my go to mechanic for my wifes and my vehicles.

My first time here and it wont be my last. Mike was very helpful. The repairs were done quickly and the price was very fair and he called me letting me know there was something else wrong with the car.

I've been coming to Big Al's for over 15 years I know and at this location on witchduck road and I enjoy every service that I've had haven't had any problem so far I good

by far the best service in the area customer service is remarkably superb and craftsmanship is extremely knowledgeable and efficient towards the customers experience. their service within their specialties are highly recommend and definitely look forward to bringing my vehicle back if experiencing unfortunate or unexpected circumstances thanks to Mike Chris and Mr. Garry

I called the Witchduck location and spoke with Chris. I explained to him what I thought my issue was and he asked to see my vehicle first before quoting me a price to be sure. I came in and spoke to Chris and Geoff about my car. They pulled it into the bay and came back with GOOD NEWS. It was definitely not the manifold but a $135 job. I was in and out. I received excellent customer service, which goes a long way!!! As a female, I was hesitant going into a shop but I am at ease going to this location with these guys Thank you again!!!!
