How many times can you count on one hand wherein Any Business made you feel like family? Truly puzzled, I chose H&M based off of their great customer reviews and recieved the worst customer service. I dropped my car off overnight to be inspected presumably next day? After half a business day with no contact other than the initial automated text, I called to check on my vehicle and was told that if they "WERE ABLE TO GET TO IT" before closing, they would call me... As an adult whom has waited for 30 minute inspections plenty of times in life, I'm disturbed at the lax attitude of management, the lack of contact regarding my vehicle, and the thought that they would have ended the business day without inspecting it OR contacting me regarding the matter.
