Piper's Landing Apartments

I don't understand why this place doesn't have better reviews because i've truly loved my time here. the apartments are good value for what you get. my only complaint is that my downstairs neighbors can be loud sometimes but that's apartment living. I love piper's landing!

Giving it 5 stars because of how easy the application process was and how nice Jennifer and Ashley have been through the whole process. I will update my review after I officially move in, but I figured since so many people are giving them negative reviews because they weren't approved, I might as well give them a review based on my experience so far. I hope to keep the five start rating after I move in in a couple weeks.

My boyfriend and I are moving back here after he used to live here a few years ago. Its the same woman in the office and she is amazing! Super responsive, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. I cant wait to come back here knowing well be living with such great staff.

Wish I could give it zero but I can't. Office staff is worthless. they will just constantly give you the runaround they don't warn you when your credit score has been ran tell you if you have been approved or not. They will just keep sending you information and when you send the information back they claim they can't use it and make you send it a hundred times then not process any of it. And on the website and application it does not State anywhere on it that the application fee is non-refundable. Worst experience ever. Wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to live there.
