Great apartments but valet trash needs to fix their attitude. I could literally hear them complaining and make a racist remark about white people all because we had a small plastic bag on top of the bin

Ash, a leasing consultant at the infinity, professionalisms and knowledge of the property were evident from the start, as they patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable insights into the various floor plans available. Additionally, Ash was incredibly accommodating with scheduling viewings, making the process convenient for me. When it came time to sign the lease and finalize the move-in details, Ash was there every step of the way, making sure I understood all the terms and addressing any concerns I had promptly. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests truly made the transition into my new apartment seamless.

I would give 0 stars to this complex. Management is rude. And dont be surprised when you see hidden charges at the end if you decide to move out from this place. Also, there are a lot of cockroaches and very thin walls, you can hear e v e r y t h i n g from the outside and what your neighbors are doing.

I currently reside at this apartment complex and wanted to shed light on an important issue that is not being handled. My husband and I have complained numerous times about the smell of Marijuana smoke entering my apartment through the vents. I have severe asthma and voiced several times that the strict "non smoking" rule in the lease is what drew me to live here. It is not being upholded. I was told I could move apartments in A MONTH. Which will not fix the immediate issue at hand with my health on the line. I can not even use my heating or air without my entire apartment smelling and sending me into a coughing fit. It is an every single night occurrence of me sitting in my apartment and not being able to breathe because I am being failed by this apartment complex. They keep saying they are trying to rectify the issue when we have complained almost every day this week, visited the office twice and have tried calling the emergency number to get this rectified and being told I could not speak to a manager until 10am tomorrow.
