Maintenance sooooo bad! Dont have heat for almost one week. Called the day immediately and every day next but nobody had ever come and nothing changed! Do I supposed to have cold water for the rest of the lease? People smoked every where, fully closed doors and windows didnt help at all. Checked a lost deficiency at moving in day, like no lights and plugs broken within the apartment, but no one ever come to fix. The front desk told me they were lacking staff, but that should not be an excuse for bad service. Update: the heat issue was due to a strong storm, and is was fixed yesterday, so I rerated the stars to 4.

My building hasnt had hot water going on second week now! This is crazy! I pay all this rent and cant even take a hot shower! Someone needs to call Andy From channel 10 news!

Awful place to live. Roaches and spiders everywhere. Shootings at least once every month or so. Maintenance will delete your request for work as if the didnt exist and wont complete the work. Parking situation is alright but theres no way to monitor who lives here and who doesnt, very unsafe. Trash dumpsters will pile up and they will just sit for days.

I told staff about the roach problem from day 1 and many times afterward, nothing was done. It took atleast 3 separate jobs to fix one clogged sink. Power outages are common. And even though I got a lease on the condition that I could move out at a moment's notice without paying anything extra, when I told them I was moving out, they went back on their word and told me I owe the next 2 months rent. I will be tackling the last problem with legal assistance, and hopefully it will be resolved. This place deserves nobody's money until they can provide an actual service. I give it 0/5 stars.

I moved in about 3 weeks ago and it has been nothing but horrendous and mismanaged. I was hoping the previous reviews weren't true but sadly they are. DO NOT move here, even if you're filled with the same hope that I was that these previous reviews were exaggerating or untrue. They're true, and most of what these people said has happened to me too. Don't be fooled by the great price for square footage, there's a reason for this - the community is falling apart and horrible. The community may as well not have an office or maintenance, because it sure feels that way. I moved into a dirty apartment, the office is never helpful or caring, and they lost my check. I'm very unhappy here.
