    My partner and I have been on the hunt for a new apartment, and came across the beautiful property of Magnolia Run. The community was great, and I was even more impressed by who assisted me! Camellia was extremely helpful, and fully acknowledged the needs of my partner and I. Josh was also very kind, and made the tour experience great. Highly recommend this property!

    Magnolia RUN Apartments Im not sure where to begin, however on the Premise that this is about to get very lengthy Im going to try my best to stick to topic. Living here for 11 months of course Ive had my challenges however, the last month has been filled with an anxiety. Just directly comes from the inconsistencies, And untruth from the New management team. I was offered a transfer to another apartment in the beginning of January 30th 2024 in the amount of $1650. This offer came from the regional manager, Jennifer and Camila who was the manager at that time. I would be downgrading to a two bedroom. That would be on the first floor. I would not be able to move into the apartment until March 2024, because the tenant still resided in apartment. I was informed that we need to wait for the Apartment to be Vacant prior to showing After three days, I return to the office and was informed that the tenant had indeed vacated. However, the cleaner had the key and I would need to wait as she was sick. I returned to the office about a week later and was able to view apartment. I Took pictures and video. After speaking with Josh, I was informed the redhead increased to 1750 I asked him, but I was already promised by Jennnifer and Camilla the rate 50 he said he would contact Jennifer the regional manager for further guidance. The following day I received a call from a woman named ERICA. Proceeded to tell me that my transfer to another apartment made no sense because the apartment was now going for $1940 which is almost equivalent to what I was paying for three Bedroom And she did not feel that I should be transferring into Another apartment, and then told her I would come in the office and speak with her. When I approach the Erica Introduced herself and explained how she was attempting to gain the managers role, And she needed opportunity to work.(I was totally confused because I have been working with Josh) After much discussion, she stated that Jennnifer agreed to lower the rent back to 1760 which is still unfair because I was already quoted 1650. We agreed on a March 8th Transfer date We walked over and view the apartment together, and at this time I explained that the apartment had a Odor and needed repainting as well as outlet covers being replaced as the discoloration on the outlets were concerning she agreed. We also discussed replacing a stove that was Outdated. She explained that she was informed that they would be no upgrades to the apartment. The prior tenants in this apartment had two huge dogs, and this apartment is fully carpeted. As an asthmatic, and being allergic to mold this, this is quite concerning. She said she would confirm with Jennnifer and discuss the stove in additionally, with bring in a machine to remove the odor, but not addressing the carpet itself. Because we were already at 6 March and these issues had come up, agreed to move the date to the March 15th as the stove would not be ready or available and she wanted to make some more minor adjustments or corrections to the apartment to include the outlet covers Let me sum up! RUN. Do not pass Go, do not collect $200 This is not all of my issues with Magnolia run But just the latest! Today is March 15 and I am not moving into the apartment. I was informed by Erica Was completed, and was just awaiting a stove after viewing apartment with Josh because she did not have time to show me the apartment again ! This apartment was not completed. The older still remained. The outlet covers was still broken and discolored, and the painting remained as she stated it had just been painted this apartment was not painted!!!!!! The smell that I am smelling was not out of paint. It was that of MOLD or That have been shampooed, trying to cover up other odors. The impression that I received from Erica was that because I was paying less I get less in terms of the quality of the apartment however, remember this apartment has been risen to 1940 and there were no upgrades to be done As per ERICA, This came from her regional manager, Jennnifer Make it make sense!!!

    ERICA is just concerned about getting a promotion to MANAGER THE APARTMENT WAS NOT READY, AND SHE LIED AND SAID IT WAS READY, AND THE ONLY THING THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED WOULD BE THE STOVE. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. She did not follow up with me regarding the apartment I contacted her twice. She said she would call me. She did not. I had to visit her in the office over in a different building because our building is now closed with no staff. Not sure what the outcome will be as Im posting under my other email address because I am livid This company does not have To report dissatisfied customer service the only person you can report to again again is your regional manager. Theres no hierarchy at least thats available to the tenants. UNFORTUNATELY, MAGNOLIA RUN apartments are not properly cared for Updates are not done to any of these apartments. According to ERICA. But if someone lived in the apartment past five years, carpet should be completed and a paint job should be done, and this was not done in the apartment shown **update** Magnolia run has reached out to me and unlike her response we did not discuss together for resolution. Instead, she provided me what she was going to do. This is exactly what Im talking about. The expectancy is only what they are going to do so all this talk about we will come to a resolution of resolution is when two people talk not when you hand, send me a private email saying what youre going to do and what youre not willing to do thats not negotiating no resolution. Overall, they dont want to pull up the Carpet thats been down for at least 4 1/2 years with pets. Im asthmatic and allergic to mole, and the smell was horrible. I could barely breathe in the unit.
