Encore 4505 at Town Center Apartments

While visiting family living in these apartments, my wife and I had reason to speak with management and maintenance. Each person literally could not have been more kind, polite, caring, understanding and helpful! They all clearly cared about our issue and were extraordinarily pleasant to speak with. Additionally, this complex is beautiful, well maintained, and quite neat and clean. We are impressed!

I absolutely LOVE Encore! I have wanted to live here for over a year now and since being here I know I made the right choice. The employees, John, Denise, Nick and Seana are the sweetest people I have ever met and are so helpful any time I need them. The apartments are GORGEOUS and the amenities are unmatched. This is a dream apartment in a dream location!!! You want to live here, you NEED to live here :)

I did a tour of The Cosmopolitan and Encore 4505 with Isabella as my guide. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I truly enjoyed touring the proprieties and learn about all the amenities. Isabella really made me want to move in and be part of this community! Hopefully see you there soon:)

Oh my! Where do I start! I am not (yet) a resident However, Wade took me on the most amazing journey through the property! I was a little worried at the slight wait when I arrived for my appointment (Im a little impatient). But it was well worth the wait. He took his time, let me talk (and I cannnn talkkkk ), & answered every question I hadeven the rhetorical ones lol. Wade is very knowledgeable and after one phone conversation I felt like he knew exactly what I desired in a new place! A few mins into the tour and I felt like I was viewing apartments with an old friend. I appreciated not feeling stuffy or formal with him as a staff member of the property. I felt free to say how I truly felt and he seemed genuinely concerned! I loved how after a few short conversations he could tell what I would like and dislike about a floor plan. He is super friendly and personable, not to mention pretty funny! I really enjoyed my time in Encore today and Wade made it truly feel like home for me! I viewed a studio (Ambassador) and the one bedroom with the extra little room. The interiors and exteriors of the premise are beautiful and well thought out. The floorplans are spacious and functionalthey make perfect sense (layout wise) and the amenities are in abundance here! I personally am excited and READY!!

Really wish there was a no star I lived there for two years and let me just say the are just going to fall apart on you things are broken constantly! I even got in contact with a lawyer because they refused to fix something I told them about 10 times and all I got was a sorry to hear about that well tell the maintenance person. A horrible place to live would never recommend this place to anyone else!
