        While the tour was very nice and I enjoyed the office staff, I decided to go with another complex because I can tell these people are ready to nickel and dime you. To pay to park in front of your own place just feels like a scam. $20 for non guaranteed parking and $30 for assigned parking. Then washer and dryer is $50 a month.. I toured several other properties and none made you pay for unassigned parking. Nice apartments but nothing too over the top when compared to other luxury apartments in the area in my opinion.

        Great place to live with a lot of amenities. Upscale apartments centrally located with plenty of shopping centers and restaurants near by. Office staff and maintenance are always there if you need them. Check out their website.

        I am new to the area. I was told to visit Diamond North apartments and speak with Andrew. I met Andrew. Very nice respectful man. We talked and he showed me around. He did a wonderful job explaining his property to me. Apartments were nice and clean. Nice size. Im undecided on which area to call home. Im looking between VA Beach and Chesapeake. Hes definitely on top of my list.
