Spring Water Apartments

You can tell a lot about a person or a company, based on how they treat those that can do nothing for them. I was told by Springwater that my application fee would be sent back to me in 45 days. After 60 days I did not receive it. I called the company 4 times and was told that theyd check on it and call back. No one called. I stopped by and they told me it was mailed out. Two weeks laterno refund. I called again to ask where my refund is. They said theyd check with their accountant and get back to me that day. Again no response. If this is the way they treat someone outside of the community, I can only imagine how they treat someone within the community.

Property Manager: Mrs. Rainy, "AMAZING" I'm truly happy I haven't been comfortable, or happy in my apartment for three years. When I finally gave up! OoooH Mrs. Rainy arrived "unbelievable" My problem is resolved. I appreciate your efforts and for maintaining such a high professional manner. This place is completely a joke dont bother coming its not worth your time or money. Only thing you can guarantee is to get a reminder that the rents due on the first !! Imagine waiting 2 weeks to get your washer fixed or better yet imagine a Gated community but the gates were broken for a year!! Imagine complaining about the issues with neighbors for months and the cops finally rectify the issue!! The point Im making is why pay rent somewhere where your needs is not a priority !!!
