Misunderstanding about which days the room is serviced but fine otherwise

Room was stuffy need to clean the vents, had stuff dropping out of it.

I brought in a group of Vietnamese VIP members for training course in the Lorton Virginia area and they stated in the Residence Inn by Marriott Springfield Old Keene Mill location. I was assisted setting this booking up by Deborah Williams, their Director of Sales. She was extremely helpful in getting the rooms and services set up for these VIP members. helped with early check in and late check out due to their flight schedule. Upon check on 3 Mar 2024, the on duty staff Ashley and Saba were amazing prioritizing getting the rooms cleaned and set up for my VIP guests, as they just had an extremely long flight and wanted to just rest. Overall the experience was great and the VIP guest provided feedback that the rooms and staff were wonderful as well. I would have not hesitation recommending this location for VIP group visits, just need to contact Deborah Williams to ensure a great experience. Thanks to the team and management.
