Best Western Springfield

Don't stay at this hotel!!!! Rooms are small and the hotel is mediocre at best. They charge a 200 incidental fee that they hold forever. I stayed 2 weeks ago and still have t been given my money back. Called the hotel and was lied to multiple times about my funds being released. I now call and never get an answer. Shady !!!!

For the price, best hotel in the area. Clean, great shower, comfortable bed, and a professional staff. Great breakfast with bacon too !! Do not hesitate on this one!

One of the cleanest hotels Ive been in. For the price that we paid, it was super affordable to 2 young people and very convenient! It was right off the highway but you cant hear any noise. The breakfast was great and the hotel looks like it was renovated with all new furniture and tech.

Basically a little above average. Many on and off reviews, but here's my take on this place: Location/looks: Gave some weird vibes but around many stores. The outside and hallways were a little weird to be honest, kinda freaked me out a bit. However, the rooms seem to be renovated and were nice. Bathroom had a weird smell though. Cleanliness: Not bad. Beds had no stains except for one pillow with a really small one, towels had some odd stains(?) but for a cheap hotel there's nothing to really expect. Toilet seemed really clean and I didn't see anything weird on it. Breakfast: GOOD. Lots of options and was honestly yummy, came with drinks too. Pratically a mini buffet. Came here for a trip, probably won't come back. However if you need somewhere to stay with a cheap cost go ahead and see this place yourself. Also was greeted with a swan towel thing, so props to whoever did that! :)
