        NEVER GO HERE. Truly disgusting. There were holes in the sheets, the bathroom/tub looked uncleaned, staff was rude, and towels looked dirty and stained. They obviously take no pride in what they're doing, which is unfortunate. They charged my card TWICE PLUS THE HOLDING FEE, now they refuse to send me a receipt to clear this up, even after I contacted them 4 times and they said they would email it!!!!! They just don't email the receipt. The app and customer service were unhelpful. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER GO HERE. Super unethical and very disturbing.

        The staff is friendly the rooms need to be updated they are nothing fancy but for a budget price the perfect place to stay.

        Clean room, i paid 83$ per night but the most disturbing thing was the incidental fee of 100$, too much, more than the price of the room, not even at the Hilton i did not paid that fee!

        NEVER STAY HERE! I booked here for my trip back home after spending the holidays with family. I came around 3am after already paying for my room online (priceline) i then get greeted by the rude guy at the counter demanding a $100 deposit when NO other super 8 i have ever stayed at wants a deposit! And i didn't have the deposit and priceline doesn't refund so all i had was ale money in my account and the guy was like "well i take that then" completely rude didn't want to help me out or try to make the situation better. I then get to my room, holes in the walls, the phone had no information on it and wouldn't even connect to the lobby, the bathtub and bathroom were completely and utterly disgusting i wouldn't even let my animals bath there! The ceiling was as also falling down and showed wires and everything, It was the most disgusting unpleasant experience of my life. Whole hotel smells like smoke and weed. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO EVEN MY ENEMYS. Im Noteworthy details: The owners and workers are shady and very disrespectful

We are not able to resolve any issues a guest might have, after they have chosen to sleep in the room. We would always relocate a guest if the rooms were available, but we have to be notified that the guest is unsatisfied immediately.
